March 09, 2016 - Press Release

Donlen was presented with a Gold Stevie Award in the Customer Service Management Team of the Year category, and a Silver Stevie award for their DriverPoint Telematics in the Business Intelligence Solution — New Version in the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service on March 4.

The Stevie awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business awards.

"The Donlen Customer Service Management Team takes the voice of our customers very seriously," said Bill Byrnes, vice president, contact center at Donlen. "Aside from learning our customers' cultures, we measure our success against key performance indicators to reduce call wait times. Our 20-second wait times are considered world-class as well as our Fraser quality rating, and we are pleased to have this award to recognize our commitment to customer service."

"Fleets are depending more and more on integrated data that helps them make decisions to keep their fleet efficient, productive, and safe. Our DriverPoint Telematics solution gives fleet professionals the tools they need to achieve their business goals," said Tom Sloan, Donlen's manager of telematics and safety products. "To win Silver is an honor, and this validates that our new 'Advanced Diagnostics,' which contains a full database of Parameter IDs to accurately forecast, budget, and maintain vehicles, sets the stage for predictive and prescriptive analytics."

This is not the first time Donlen has been recognized by the Stevie Awards. Donlen has also won awards in 2015, 2012, 2011, and 2009.

"Entries to the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continue to grow every year, further validating the essential roles that business development, customer service, and sales play in business success," said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. "The widespread support of this program made the 2016 competition that much more intense among finalists. The judges were deeply impressed by the winner's accomplishments and we congratulate all of the winners on their commitment to excellence and innovation."
