Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has hired five associates in the company's sales and marketing departments, including John Groene as director of marketing and David Bieber as director of sales and strategic markets.

The fleet management company has also brought in Matthew Bricker, Nate Shadoin and Nate Niese in business development roles.

Groene will lead marketing and innovation efforts for Mike Albert, after spending over 27 years at Procter & Gamble in various leadership roles, as well as more recent roles at Kalypso as a senior consultant leading their digital marketing practice, and Saatchi & Saatchi as senior vice president of digital innovation.

Bieber has been named director of sales and strategic markets. His past leadership roles include regional vice president at Carlson Wagonlit where he led both sales and client management functions, and 20 years at American Express, serving as the director of global partners.

Bricker joins the Pittsburgh team as a business development manager. He brings more than 10 years of sales experience from such roles as account manager at Restaurant Technologies, Inc. and AT&T Advertising Solutions and most recently as Paychex's HR services account manager.

Shadoin joins the business development team In the Cincinnati office with over 10 years of sales and marketing experience. He brings previous sales leadership roles in companies such as Zenith Motors, Underwriters Laboratories and Whirlpool Corporation.

Niese also joins the Cincinnati office as a client development manager with extensive industry knowledge from previous experience in multiple sales roles at LeasePlan USA and customer service at Standard Textile. He will provide current customers with fleet analysis and strategy.
