The co-branded Donlen/Jim Pattison Lease maintenance product will provide Canadian customers with fleet management services under the agreement, which was announced May 20 and has been in effect since May 2.

"We're proud to partner with Donlen, and we look forward to working together," said Wayne Rose, vice president of operations for Jim Pattison Lease."

The partnership offers an established vendor network of service and repair facilities, as well as knowledgeable, bilingual maintenance technicians. In addition, drivers will access the network using a co-branded maintenance card.

For exisiting Donlen customers, Donlen will be their single point of contact for Canadian services and fleet-related data, including maintenance histories that will be consolidated in FleetWeb. Donlen will now provide a single invoice for North American services.

"With this agreement, we're able to provide complete FleetWeb data integration — a key factor for our customers with Canadian operations," said Gus Xamplas, Donlen's vice president and general manager in Canada.
