LeasePlan USA Named One of 'Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For'

The award honors companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. According to the NABR, these are companies that work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies, and best practices in human resource management. LeasePlan was chosen based on anonymous and random employee surveys and data collected by an independent market research firm.

LeasePlan attained this designation because of its commitment to employees and expertise in human resource management. Some of the many things that set LeasePlan apart were expanding its health and wellness program offerings, increasing involvement and focus on community service initiatives and continuing the emphasis on employee professional development.
