ROLLING MEADOWS, IL – LeasePlan USA, the premium service provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions, was recently named one of the Chicago Tribune’s Top 100 Workplaces for 2011.

“LeasePlan USA is about satisfying our clients with exceptional service, and our employees take great pride in that. That's what makes us a top workplace," said Michael A. Pitcher, president and CEO.

Besides the direction of the company, execution, work conditions, career paths, management, pay and benefits, companies are evaluated and scored based on opinions from employees through a survey that measures employee engagement. The survey, conducted by consulting group Workplace Dynamics, identified the top workplaces that run a successful business, value employees and build a culture where employees feel connected to the business.

“We strive to actively engage our employees on a daily basis, whether it be regularly communicating our company goals and client satisfaction results, or simply taking their feedback and putting it into action to take the company to the next level for our employees and our clients,” added Tony Blezien, vice president, Chicago operations.

This award comes on the heels of many other significant award wins for LeasePlan this year. Earlier this year, the company was named to the Crain’s Chicago Business “Best Places to Work” list, ranked the #1 Mid-Sized Workplace in Atlanta by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, received “Elite” status as one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For,” named one of “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for the fifth consecutive year, earning “Elite” status in the Recognition and Retention Category. And most recently, ranked one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work for 2011 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
