Deb Watkins began her career with PHH as a research analyst.

SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval veteran Deb Watkins announced her retirement after 36 years of service with the company.
 
Watkins began her career with PHH in 1975 as a research analyst in the company’s Center for Analysis and Research department. She moved into product development, responsible for managing information management systems. In 1989, Watkins transitioned into client relations as a Director of Strategic Accounts and held various client-facing roles, including Regional Vice President of Business Development.

Most recently, she spent time in leadership and mentoring positions in PHH’s Business Development department and has been responsible for the Client Advisory Boards for the past two years.
 
Wakins has been actively involved with key industry associations, most notably NAFA and AFLA. She has been a member of NAFA since 1989 and held various roles at the regional level for the Greater Hartford Chapter, and at the national level, including Affiliates Trustee for NAFA. Her involvement with AFLA includes two terms as Secretary for the Board; she also served on the membership committee the last three years.
 
“Deb’s greatest contribution to the Fleet industry has been her passion for her job and her dedication to serving and supporting her clients and colleagues. She has been a pillar in the fleet industry for many years and a great representative of PHH and the industry as a whole. She will be missed,” said George Kilroy, president and CEO, PHH Arval.
 
In her spare time, Watkins volunteers for the National Alliance for Mental Illness and served as President of the Board in 2006. Watkins will continue to work on a part-time basis leading the PHH Client Advisory Boards.
