EMKAY Announces I-CAR Platinum Accident Certification

June 14, 2010 - Press Release

ITASCA, IL - EMKAY, Inc. announced earning I-CAR Platinum certification for the 4th year running. As technology and repair procedures change, ongoing training provides our accident representatives with the preparation needed to meet the challenges within the collision industry today.

Staying current with the latest repair information can be challenging; however, those that partake in the I-CAR certification program have advanced training beyond life events. The I-CAR Platinum individual program recognizes individuals who have achieved the highest level of collision industry training. Those who attain this designation demonstrate their commitment to the collision industry, professionalism, and ongoing training.
Qualifications for the Platinum program are structured with the collision industry in mind. After successful completion of training and obtaining a certification, the individuals have the tools that can better help clients with some of the following benefits: reduced exposure to liability, improved cycle time and more throughput, reduced rework, increased customer satisfaction and a symbol of trust that trained professionals are acting on our customers behalf.
"EMKAY prides itself in being able to evolve with our industry, and we feel that without a strong foundation there is no innovation. Earning an ICAR Platinum certification strengthens the cornerstone of our accident management program." stated Michelle Lewis, Manager of Accident Management for EMKAY Inc.
