ARI’s King to Speak at Call Center Summit

MT. LAUREL, NJ - Automotive Resources International (ARI), announced Barbara King, ARI Manager, Technical Resource Centers, will participate as a featured speaker at the Call Center Summit, taking place from January 26-29, 2010 at the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

King will present, "The Power of Empowerment."  This session will demonstrate the importance of empowering employees and supplying them with the skills necessary to make independent, yet effective decisions.  King will also speak on how to create a positive and energized work environment conducive to high productivity and lower operating costs.

King joined ARI as Manager, Call Center Operations in April 2007. She is responsible for all operational and budgetary activities for the ARI Technical Resource Centers. Strategically, King has led the development of plans of action and implemented solutions to meet the expected demands associated with the continued growth of ARI.  King came to ARI with over 30 years experience directing large in-bound call centers and had held executive positions with several major airlines and corporations.
