Donlen Recognized as One of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

July 23, 2009 - Press Release

NORTHBROOK, IL - Donlen Corporation was recognized for the third year in a row by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.

Companies are selected by an independent research firm that evaluates each nominee in the following categories: communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, small business, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.

Donlen earned this recognition because of their emphasis on employee development and wellness. Initiatives include:

  • In-house career development training programs.
  • College tuition reimbursement.
  • Fully equipped on-site fitness center.
  • Company-sponsored health screenings and programs, including an at-work Weight Watchers program.
  • Team-building events such as participation in Chicago's Chase Corporate Challenge and support of Chicago's Jenner Academy.

"We are honored to once again be selected by NABR as one of Chicago's best and brightest companies," said Gary Rappeport, Donlen CEO. "We have an outstanding team at Donlen, and we are committed to the ongoing investment in their satisfaction and well being."
