All four models come in front-wheel drive and the LE, XLE, and Limited are also available in all-wheel-drive. The CE and LE are available in both seven- and eight-passenger configurations; others are seven-passenger models.

The base MSRPs for the Sienna range from $24,540 for the seven-passenger CE FWD model to $37,865 for the top-of-the-line Limited AWD model.

Base MSRPs do not include a delivery, processing, and handling (DPH) fee of $800. The DPH fee for vehicles distributed by Southeast Toyota (SET) and Gulf States Toyota (GST) may vary.
