NORTHBROOK, IL – Donlen Corporation made holiday wishes come true for a Chicago elementary school. Donlen recently brought Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their helpers to deliver gifts to children at Jenner Elementary Academy of the Arts.

"The look on the children's faces is priceless," said Gary Rappeport, Donlen CEO. "I bring my family here each year to share in this experience. We all realize how difficult it is for some people right now, and the Donlen employees step up to make this happen. This season really is about the children and we are proud to be part of this exciting day."

Since 2006, Donlen has supported a "Letters to Santa" program, in which Donlen employees respond to letters that Jenner students write to Santa. The nearly 400 students, most of whom come from families that are living at or near the poverty level, were delighted by the appearance of Santa and Mrs. Claus, who distributed the gifts to each and every child. Donlen also treated the children to Boston Market for lunch.

For the past three years, Donlen has helped with basic needs for these students' education and quality of living. Employees from Donlen have assisted with an annual school supply drive to ensure students have the necessary tools for a successful learning experience. In addition, the company hosted a career day and helped raise money for summer sports camps.
