ARI Expands Coverage in Charlotte, North Carolina
MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International has announced the formation of the South Atlantic Region in Charlotte, N.C.

MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI) has announced the formation of the South Atlantic Region in Charlotte, N.C.
"The regional expansion is part of a broader strategy of keeping ARI resources aligned with our growth," said Gene Welsh, ARI's vice president of sales.

ARI appoints Mike Ramsey to regional sales manager of the South Atlantic Region. Since the opening of the Charlotte District Office in 1994, Ramsey has helped establish a strong presence for ARI which has experienced tremendous growth. Ramsey's career with ARI spans 15 years, spending most of his time growing ARI's business in the Charlotte area. Ramsey's outstanding sales success and track record have led him to this position.
In his new role, Ramsey will manage the sales efforts in the South Atlantic Region reporting to Gene Welsh, ARI vice president of sales.
Suzanne Cravens joins the South Atlantic team in the key support role of Account Development Representative. Cravens comes to ARI from Allergan, Inc., where she provided fleet support from sales administration and then moved to their human resources team. She brings a unique perspective to her new role and offers a vast knowledge of the fleet industry.
In her new role, Cravens is committed to providing sales support. She is involved in providing periodic customer/prospect visits and demonstrations of ARI programs and services, presents annual performance reviews, provides ARI insights training, and identifies strategic opportunities for existing clients. Cravens also acts as a liaison with various internal ARI departments on the customer's behalf.
