American Honda Motor Co. is recalling 7,387 2014 model-year Acura RLX Sport Hybrid sedans because of a potential steering problem, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported.

In the recalled vehicles, the bolts attaching the rear lower control arms to the sub-frame may have loosened during transport to dealerships, NHTSA said. This condition may lead to steering difficulties.

The recall covers RLX vehicles manufactured from Aug. 7, 2012, through Nov. 5, 2013.

Honda dealers will replace the rear suspension lower control arm bolts. There will be no charge for this service.

Vehicle owners can reach Honda at 1-800-999-1009. Honda’s number for this recall is JD0.
