NexTraq Survey Finds 95 Percent of Customers Would Refer Company's Fleet Tracking Service

ATLANTA – NexTraq, the value leader of GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, announced that according to its third annual customer satisfaction survey, 95% of NexTraq customers would refer the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform to another business or associate. Additionally, driver behavior modification was the number one benefit of the solution followed closely by increasing fleet productivity.

When asked how much more productive the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform has made their business, the majority of respondents cited 10-25% with the second largest group citing productivity increases of 50% or more.

The NexTraq platform also received high marks on its ease-of-use, reliability and system uptime. In fact, 94% of customers cited the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform as an important business tool to their service or distribution business.
