Early bird registration for the 2018 Global Fleet Conference in Rome, Italy ends next week, Monday, April 9. Those who sign up before the deadline will recieve a 200 Euros (US$246.03) discount.

After the early bird deadline, registration for the conference will be 950 Euros (US$ 1,164.66) for fleet owners and 1,350 Euros (US$1,655.05) for fleet suppliers, according to Fleet Europe. Click here to register for the conference.

The conference, which will be hosted in Rome this May 28 to 30, will address several key fleet issues, including how the global economy will affect fleets; setting up the right global fleet team and the communication process; embracing innovation in global fleet management, global fleet safety trends; global mobility management; and more. It will also feature sessions dedicated to Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Speakers at the conference will include Bruno Colmant, head of Macro Research at Bank Degroof Petercam, who will present an overview of the macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop to global fleet management; Juergen Freitag, senior director for Global Category Mobility at Siemens and winner of Fleet Europe's inaugural Global Fleet Manager of the Year Award in 2017, who will share ‎insights in setting up a successful Global Fleet team; Marc Odinius, managing director for Dataforce, who will discuss market trends in North America and Europe with facts and figures; and more

This year, the three-day conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center, located in the monumental EUR Business District, between the historic center and Fiumicino Airport.

The 2017 Global Fleet Conference in Miami, Fla. was highlighted by presentations on global best practices and fleet market reports from regions across the globe. A record 300 attendees were present for the conference, which has sold out every year since its inception in 2013. The conference in 2018 is also expected to sell-out, so early registration is highly recommended.
