General Motors is introducing the all-new 2018 GMC Terrain to Middle East markets, which features two new engines and an expanded range of safety features.

The two new turbocharged engines include a new 1.5L and 2.0L gas engine, according to the automaker. In addition to the two turbocharged engines, GM is also introducing a new nine-speed transmission that will be matched with both engines.

The Terrain will be available in the Middle East market in SLE, SLT, and Denali Models, according to the automaker. LED headlamps and 19-inch ultra-bright machined aluminum wheels are standard on Denali and all other models will include LED running lamps and tail lamps. Bi-functional HID headlamps are standard on SLE and SLT. Meanwhile, 17-inch wheels are standard on SLE, with 18-inch wheels available on SLE, and standard on SLT.

Connectivity features include 7-inch and available 8-inch-diagonal infotainment systems, featuring compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. Apple CarPlay and Android.

Safety features available on the new Terrain include forward collision alert with following distance indicator, low-speed forward automatic braking, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, and lane change alert with side blind zone alert.
