Commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland Ltd has received a $50 million order for vehicles and spare parts from the Government of Zimbabwe, according to a report by the Business Standard.

The company said it has received orders for 680 Vehicles and Spare Parts, worth $50 million from the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing, Government of Republic of Zimbabwe, according to the report.

The company, in November, 2015, received a contract for 3,600 vehicles worth $200 million from the government of Cote D'Ivoire, a west African country formerly known as Ivory Coast, according to the report.
