During the recent Iran Motor Show Chery-MVM JV unveiled the Tiggo 5 SUV. The new vehicle will go on sale in November under the Chery brand. Chery-MVM JV holds the third-largest market share in Iran, behind two state-owned enterprises (Saipa and IKCO), according to the automaker.

Tiggo 5 was jointly created by auto designers from Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. The Tiggo 5 fully features one-button startup and keyless entry, and is equipped with ACTECO 2.0L DVVT engine, and 7-speed CVT. Due to its safety performance, Tiggo 5 was previously rated as a five-star model in China’s authoritative safety test–C-NCAP, according to the automaker.

The Iran Motor Show brought together more than 300 models and nearly 40 brands from around the world.
