10 Steps to Successfully Implement a Global RFP

March 09, 2015

One of the most daunting tasks that can face a fleet manager is the implementation of a global request for proposal (RFP). Involved in and of itself, a global RFP is often further complicated by time differences, types of vehicle assets available by region, and national OEM preferences.

In a case study, which will be presented during this year’s Global Fleet Conference in Miami, Fla., attendees will have the opportunity learn firsthand from global fleet how Merck overcame these obstacles and successfully completed a global RFP. Presented by Joe Carreira, EMEA fleet manager for Merck, attendees will learn the 10 steps Merck took to successfully complete the RFP. They will also learn what didn’t work.

Produced by Bobit Business Media and Nexus Communication, the Global Fleet Conference, now in its third year, will be held June 15-16 at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay in Miami, Fla. To learn more about the conference or to take advantage of the early bird discount (which ends May 15), visit the event's Website.
