GAZ Group Offers Medium-Duty Truck in Russia

Russia's GAZ Group launches sales of GAZon Next medium-duty truck. The new vehicle features a high level of functional capabilities, comfort and economic efficiency, according to the company. The vehicle features state-of-the-art engineering solutions and warranty terms of three years or 150,000 km, as well as the service interval extended to 20,000 km.

“We are launching a vehicle that outperforms the best foreign analogues by customer value characteristics, at the same time retaining a significant advantage in terms of price and cost of ownership excellent handling, user friendliness, new level of reliability and comfort, increased carrying capacity make GAZon Next the best choice for business,” said GAZ Group President V. Sorokin.

The launch of GAZon Next sales was preceded by an extensive overhaul of GAZ dealerships and service stations to prepare them for sales and maintenance of the new vehicle, according to the company. GAZ has delivered training for dealerships and service stations personnel in the specifics of the new vehicle design and maintenance procedures. The dealerships and service stations were provided with new equipment and technical documentation as well as a necessary stock of spare parts and consumable materials.

The new vehicle price starts from RUR 1.05 million the GAZ Group said it has developed for its customers a convenient and good value programs to provide support at all stages of owning the vehicle. In partnership with the largest banks and leasing companies GAZ offers a wide range of leasing and financing tools. These include programs with a minimum down payment, minimum installments, minimum overpayment, the shortest application review period, and a maximum financing period.
The vehicle’s production started on Sept. 19.
