Paragon Software Systems, Inc. now offers national street-level mapping in mainland China for use in routing vehicles. According to the company, the software allows users to optimize routes and schedules.

"Paragon software is now ready for routing and scheduling optimization in China at the same level of detail and complexity available to users elsewhere in the world. We believe we are one of the first companies to have overcome the technical and legal challenges to provide a fully functional, fully featured transport planning solution for customers in China. We have already installed Paragon in Chinese with the fully licensed China map for our first customer in Shanghai,” said William Salter, president and CEO of Paragon Software Systems, Inc.

Paragon also recently implemented Simplified Chinese language characters into its software. The company said its software is Unicode compliant, allowing the company to translate it into any language and enable its use across the globe.
