The Renault Duster is joining Brazil's Military Police.

The Renault Duster has been chosen by the Brazilian Military Police as its vehicle of choice, according to a report from rushlane.com. A total of 670 Duster SUVs and 150 Fluence sedans will be part of a total of 1,220 vehicles to be supplied by Renault Brazil.

Renault Duster will be fitted with white interiors with black and yellow stickers to mark it as Paranacity Police vehicles, according to the report. These will also see red siren, antenna and special lighting system installed while a beacon and other police vehicle needs will also be incorporated in the design. Comfort and safety features will include air conditioning, air bags, front power windows, power steering and seat adjustments will also be available. The Duster sold in Brazil is fitted with gasoline engines.
