CINCINNATI, OHIO, January 6, 2011 – OPW Fueling Components, the global leader in fueling innovation, announced today that Jay Mutina has been appointed Southeast District Sales Manager. Jay will assume sales responsibility for Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi, replacing Parrish Evans who was promoted to Eastern Regional Sales Manager in 2010. Jay will report directly to Mr. Evans.

Jay has more than 25 years experience in the petroleum equipment industry and has served as OPW Southwest District Sales Manager for the past ten years. In this position Jay was responsible for existing sales and new business activities as well as relationship management with distributors, marketer customers and regulatory agencies in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Jay will be replaced by Josh Vander Hey who joined OPW on January 10, 2011 as OPW Southwest Regional Sales Manager.

“Although I love the Southwest territory and my customers there, I am very excited about this new opportunity,” said Jay Mutina. “Josh Vander Hey is extremely customer-focused and knows both Southwest territory and industry very well so I am confident our OPW customers will be in very capable hands. With respect to the Southeast, I have some big shoes to fill in taking over for Parrish Evans. I am looking forward to meeting the customers and distributors there and building upon the foundation that Parrish has already established.”

OPW Fueling Components also announced that Jeffrey Steel has joined the company as Northeast District Sales Manager. Jeffrey will replace David Gillispie who will be retiring January 14, 2011 after 23 years of service to OPW. Jeffrey will report directly to Parrish Evans, OPW Eastern Regional Manager.

As OPW Northeast District Sales Manager, Jeffrey will be responsible for existing sales and new business activities as well as relationship management with distributors, marketer customers and regulatory agencies in New York City & Long Island, Northern New Jersey, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Prior to joining OPW, Jeffrey served as Strategic Account Manager at Crompco LLC, Plymouth Meeting, PA, where he managed strategic account development initiatives within the underground tank and environmental compliance testing areas with an emphasis on large volume petroleum retailer accounts and mid-tier petroleum suppliers.

Mr. Steel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wright State University.

In addition to the previous two announcements, the company announced that Josh Vander Hey has joined the company as Southwest District Sales Manager. Josh will replace Jay Mutina who, effective January 10, 2011 will be responsible for the company’s Southeast territory.  Josh will report directly to Andy Strickland, OPW Western Regional Manager.

As OPW Southwest District Sales Manager, Josh will be responsible for existing sales and new business activities as well as relationship management with distributors, marketer customers and regulatory agencies in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Prior to joining OPW, Josh served as senior compensation analyst for Los Angeles-based Towers Watson. Before that he was North Texas Sales Region Representative for White Tucker Company, Dallas, TX, where he was responsible for customer management and developing new business in the service station market, petrochemical industry, and the aviation refueling market. Vander Hey has also been a professional minor league baseball player for the CamAm League Brockton Rox, Brockton, MA, and assistant baseball coach for Radford University, Radford, VA.
