Comdata Names Joseph V.P. of Information Technology

July 07, 2008

BRENTWOOD, TN --- Comdata Corp., a leader in fuel payment solutions, has named Todd Joseph senior vice president of information technology.

Joseph is responsible for all technology operations at Comdata, including network systems, application development, project management, data management, strategic product development and corporate solutions.

Comdata introduced the concept of electronic payment disbursement to the fleet industry nearly 37 years ago with the Comdata Card. Today, the company offers a suite of financial solutions and services to help commercial and private fleets improve efficiency and profitability.

Joseph previously served as Comdata's vice president of infrastructure services and IT mergers and acquisitions, where he was responsible for technology due diligence and post merger integration.

"Todd's industry expertise and technology depth make him the ideal fit to oversee Comdata's IT operations," said Brett Rodewald, president of Comdata.
