April 06, 2008

SAN ANTONIO, Texas --- E. J. Ward Inc., a leading fleet asset and fuel management company, has appointed Troy Goldhammer to chief operating officer.

Goldhammer, who previously served as Ward's vice president of strategy, has been with Ward for five years.  Ward CEO Eddie J. Ward announced the promotion.

"Troy’s promotion to COO reflects his vision and leadership as we accelerate the transition of Ward to a complete fleet asset management company," Ward said.

Prior to joining Ward, Goldhammer was with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategic management and technology consulting firm.

"I look forward to continuing Ward's outstanding customer service, technological leadership and product innovation in helping Ward exceed its growth expectations," said Goldhammer.
