Anaheim Convention Places Spotlight on Electric Vehicles

ANAHEIM, Calif. --- This year's International Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition (EVS), organized by the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA), is now underway at the Anaheim Convention Center and will continue through Wednesday, Dec. 5. The Exhibit Hall will be open through Tuesday, Dec. 4. Exhibitors include vehicle manufacturers, electricity and hydrogen fuel suppliers, university research teams and government agencies. Event attendees include fleet managers, government officials, manufacturers, engineers and investors. The overriding theme is transforming transportation. Yesterday, the event's ride-and-drive attraction was open to the general public, highlighting plug-in, hybrid and fuel cell electric vehicles.
