Manufacturers List Alt-Fuel Autos Set for Future Production
WASHINGTON, D.C. --- According to data from R.L. Polk and Co., there were 10.5 million alternative-fuel autos on the nation's roads in 2006, with 60 alternative-fuel models available on the market. The Polk sales figures also reveal that 1.5 million alternative-fuel autos were sold in 2006. Those numbers will continue to rise.
