Alt-Fuel Conference Set for April in Anaheim

ANAHEIM, cALIF. --- The Alternative Fuels & Vehicles Conference and Expo is scheduled for April 1-4 in Anaheim, Calif. The national conference, presented by the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Institute (AFVI), attracts more than 1,500 attendees and offers educational sessions on the commercial adoption of alternative fuels, vehicles and advanced transportation technologies. Conference highlights will include the expanded expo, a ride-and-drive event and fleet day. The expo will represent the auto, bus, technology, engine and components, and fuel sectors, as well as governments, universities and associations. Sponsors already committed include Alternative Fuel Vehicle Solutions, Clean Energy Fuels, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors and the National Biodiesel Board. The conference is supported by alternative fuels industry representatives and the U.S. Department of Energy's Clean Cities program.
