Wright Express Reports Second-Quarter 2005 Results

SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE — Wright Express Corp. reported financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2005. Revenues for the second quarter of 2005 increased 21 percent to $57.3 million from $47.2 million for the second quarter of 2004. Net income on a GAAP basis for the second quarter was $15.0 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, compared with net income of $13.6 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, for the same period last year. On a non-GAAP basis, the company’s adjusted net income for the second quarter was $11.2 million, or $0.27 per diluted share.
