ALPHARETTA, GA – For the first time in its history, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has named the Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the country. And LeasePlan USA made the list!
“We were so excited when the NABR announced their award was going national.
After several years of being named to the ‘Best and Brightest’ list in Chicago and, most recently in Atlanta, we are ecstatic about being recognized on the national level,” said Michael A. Pitcher, president and CEO. “Being in the service industry, we believe that happy customers start with happy employees.”
The 2011 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, small business and work-life balance.
With more than 10 years of experience conducting Best and Brightest Company competitions, the NABR have identified numerous best HR practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For program is presented annually in five markets: Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Houston and West Michigan.
