MADISON, WI – ALD Automotive announced a strategic alliance with Innovative Funding Services (IFS) for its U.S. subsidiary. Working with ALD Automotive USA, a full-service commercial leasing and fleet management company, IFS will assist in providing financing for the thousands of vehicles it remarkets every year.
ALD Automotive USA is owned by Société Générale and part of ALD Automotive Group Holdings, which presently manages more than 786,512 vehicles across 39 countries.
Miel Horsten, CEO of ALD, said, "Our clients often have unique requirements within their organizations when remarketing their fleet units and working with IFS allows us the ability to offer a full spectrum of solutions to meet those needs. Even in tight credit markets IFS provides competitive programs, and offers service levels second to none."
In addition to fleet management, ALD Automotive provides services such as vehicle acquisition, fleet administration, cost monitoring, maintenance management, fuel card, license & registration, accident management, a Web site with specialized e-tools designed to assist clients in managing fleets with ease, remarketing (both auction and driver sales which is where IFS comes in), and total fleet outsourcing.
Tim Janssen, president of IFS, said, "The focus that ALD Automotive USA puts on servicing clients is exactly in sync with our philosophy and the way we work with lessors when remarketing their vehicles. We provide individual purchasers of these vehicles with personal service, a convenient process and often 100 percent financing."
IFS provides one stop shopping for fleet customers and partners with top ranking national lenders to give customers exceptional financing options. Additionally, IFS is able to offer Extended Service Protection and state title work which helps create a seamless process for the customer. In addition to individual loans, IFS also offers commercial loans.
