TORRANCE, CA – Automotive Fleet is providing fleet professionals a way to network with industry peers without ever leaving their computer. By joining the newly created group on LinkedIn.com, an online social networking site designed especially for professionals, the convenience of getting to know other fleet professionals, sharing best practices, getting answers to urgent questions, and forging partnerships can be done any time of the day from any location.

When you join, you create a profile that summarizes your professional accomplishments. Your profile helps you find and be found by colleagues, prospective employers, and partners. You can add more connections by inviting trusted contacts to join LinkedIn and connect to you. Meet your colleagues in commercial fleet, fleet services organizations, and factory fleet departments across the country and stay connected throughout the year.

·    Have a specific question on how to deal with a particular fleet issue? Maybe you need assistance developing an RFP? Post it on the discussion forum and have your peers help you out!

·    Want to know who your peers are across the country? Sign up and search through other group member profiles!

·    Are you looking for employment in the fleet arena? Connect with others who can help you in your job search.

Joining is free and simple. Just go to the AF Group Page found at http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/993097 and accept the invitation to join. If you don't already have a LinkedIn profile, the process is easy and a basic profile can be developed in five minutes.

Do you prefer Facebook? AF has also launched a Facebook Group as another avenue for connecting with others in the fleet industry. We look forward to networking with you in the future!
