PEWAUKEE, WI – The Wisconsin NAFA Chapter will hold its next meeting on "Upstream Vehicle Remarketing" at the Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, Wis., November 19. Dave Selz, vice president of information technology at Flexco Fleet Services, will present innovative ideas on upstream vehicle remarketing. He will share his experience on upstream remarketing as an effective tool in minimizing overall lifecycle costs and vehicle depreciation. This includes choosing the correct method to allow fleet managers to realize significant cost savings through decreased number of days to sell and increased potential in the residual value of vehicles sold.
At Flexco, Selz's responsibilities include managing all aspects of its technology strategy, including both internal- and external-facing customer applications. This includes overseeing Web-based driver and employee vehicle sales applications, public and dealer auction Web sites, and client access applications that allow 24/7 monitoring of all phases of the vehicle remarketing cycle from start to finish.
