SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has launched two significant new functionalities in PHH InterActive, its award-winning B2B Web site. Based on ongoing feedback from its corporate fleet clients, these innovative features enable users to work more productively, according to the company.
Enhanced notifications. Client users can now request that certain key information be pushed to their e-mail boxes or to other managers in their organization. The application allows them to select notifications related to certain parts of their fleet if desired, rather than for their entire fleet – particularly useful for large and decentralized fleets of any size. Users can also select which notices they want sent to e-mail addresses vs. to their PHH InterActive home page. This capability was designed to ensure flexibility and timeliness in communicating important information, such as vehicle crashes with injury, executive vehicle status, or maintenance transactions over a certain pre-set amount.
New home page view. Regular PHH InterActive users enjoy the custom home page of PHH InterActive that contains everything they use on a regular basis. However, occasional users of the B2B website who prefer a simpler format can now opt for a focused home page, with an easy-to-use layout ideal for navigating through the site. This new home page option is especially useful for risk managers, operations managers, billing managers, and others who don't PHH InterActive on a daily basis. Users can easily switch between the home page views for maximum flexibility.
These productivity enhancements, developed with vital client input, are the latest in a series of initiatives to strengthen PHH's leadership in information management systems. PHH InterActive is a significant repository of fleet information covering all aspects of fleet business, from online ordering and real-time transactions to summary reports and trend dashboards.
