FRANKLIN, KY – Effective July 1, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. will increase pricing on its passenger, light truck, and truck tires, according to Modern Tire Dealer.

FRANKLIN, KY – Effective July 1, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. will increase pricing on its passenger, light truck, and truck tires, according to Modern Tire Dealer. The increases will vary up to eight percent. Toyo reported that escalating petroleum costs have affected both the cost of manufacturing and the transportation of both materials and products.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Continental Tire North America Inc., Michelin North America Inc., Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Falken Tire Corp., Federal Tire Corp., and Hankook Tire America Corp. also have announced price increases since Apr. 30.
