NHTSA & GHSA to Help States Effectively Enforce Texting Bans

WASHINGTON - In addition to supporting an NHTSA enforcement demonstration project showcasing how states can effectively enforce a cell phone ban, the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) also urges employers ban all cell phone/texting use during working hours.
