Audi Q7 Is Top Safety Pick for 2008

HERNDON, VA – The Audi Q7, a luxury performance SUV, earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s (IIHS) Top Safety Pick award for 2008. The 2008 Q7 received a “good” rating in all three crash tests: side impact, offset frontal, and rear impact seat tests.

Study: Stronger Vehicle Roofs Reduce Injury Risk in Rollovers

ARLINGTON, Va. --- A new study from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) concludes that greater vehicle roof strength substantially reduces the risk of fatal or incapacitating driver injury in single-vehicle rollover crashes.
