Fuel Pump Issue Prompts Volvo Recall

WASHINGTON, D.C. --- Volvo Cars of North America is recalling more than 136,000 vehicles because the fuel pump can develop cracks in its flange when exposed to such conditions as hot climate and temperature cycling over time, in combination with varying fuel quality.
