Wheels Includes Car Wash Purchases to its Pay-at-the-Pump Fuel Management Program

DES PLAINES, IL & MISSISSAUGA, ON - Wheels, Inc., a leader in the multi-billion-dollar fleet-leasing industry, announced an exciting new feature to its widely accepted pay-at-the-pump fuel card in Canada. The new feature allows users to purchase both gasoline and car washes directly at the pump at all Esso stations, making transactions even more convenient for the user.
"We have been offering pay-at-the-pump enabled fuel cards for years but as the Canadian market changes, so do the needs of our clients and their drivers. This is why our team continues to work with our vendors to provide better products, setting the standard for the fuel card market in Canada," said Toni Garofalo, account manager for Wheels.
This feature was established through Wheels' relationships with Esso and Bank of Montreal (BMO) and is only offered on the BMO issued, Wheels MasterCard fleet card platform. The car wash expense is available along with other enhanced Level II data in Wheels' fuel reporting and analysis areas in FleetView, its online fleet management tool.
"Providing fleet managers with access to this level of data is another step closer to reaching our goal of providing 100% Level III data to clients," said Mike Whelan, North America Operations Manager. "We are preparing for the upcoming implementation of chip technology when it's introduced by our vendors."
This recent enhancement is part of Wheels' commitment to offering a comprehensive Fuel Management Program and delivering innovative products to its client base.
