ARI Receives Commemorative Gift from Ford
MT. LAUREL, NJ – Ford Motor Company executives presented ARI with framed artwork to celebrate and commemorate their 60-year partnership.
MT. LAUREL, NJ – Ford Motor Company presented Automotive Resources International (ARI) a framed piece of artwork, "Celebrating Sixty Years of Partnership," according to MarketWire. Ford vehicles currently represent one third of the total active fleet vehicles under lease or management through ARI.
Personally signed by William Clay Ford, Jr., executive chairman, and Alan Mulally, president and chief executive officer, the artwork marks the date of ARI's 60th anniversary, October 11, 2008. The gift was presented on behalf of Ford Motor Company by John Ruppert, general manager of Ford commercial fleet and government sales, and Kevin Koswick, director of North American Fleet. The piece displayed more than a dozen Ford car and truck models over the last sixty years.
Ruppert thanked Joseph Holman, chairman of Holman Enterprises, ARI's parent company, and Mindy Holman, president and chief executive officer of Holman Enterprises, for their 60-year partnership with Ford Motor Company. "Our partnership actually goes beyond 60 years," Ruppert told Holman. "It goes back to 1924 to the establishment of the first Holman Ford dealership."
Also in attendance were Bill McKee, ARI president; Carl Ortell, executive vice president and chief operating officer; Brian Bates, senior vice president of finance; Tom Donato, senior vice president of sales and marketing; and Bob Campbell, vice president of finance at Holman Enterprises.
