ORLANDO, Fla. --- The 2008 National Biodiesel Conference & Expo is now underway through Feb. 6 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando.

The conference will highlight goods and services for biodiesel consumers, biodiesel producers and marketers, fuel distributors, feedstock growers and others. 

Vehicles on hand for local residents to test-drive have included the 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel pickup truck running on B20, 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee running on B5, and 2009 VW Jetta TDI running on B5.

World Energy is the official fuel supplier for the 2008 National Biodiesel Conference Ride-and-Drive. World Energy also provides biodiesel to local users like Universal Orlando Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

The National Biodiesel Board is hosting the National Biodiesel Conference. More than 4,000 people are expected to attend the conference, which is the largest of its kind in the industry.
