BMW to Build Low-Emissions Car by 2012

MUNICH, GERMANY – According to an article in the German newspaper, Der Zeit, BMW’s CEO, Norbert Reithofer, confirmed the German automaker’s plan to manufacture a super fuel-efficient model in order to comply with California emission regulations in 2012
