New York Taxi Workers to Propose Fuel Surcharge

NEW YORK --- To offset their rising fuel costs, members of the New York Taxi Workers Alliance plan to meet today, July 7, to propose a $1 fuel surcharge that will need an OK from the Taxi and Limousine Commission, Newsday reported.
